At LinenWear, customer happiness matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a smooth Exchange process to help you shop with confidence.
Only Exchange – No Returns

We follow a strict Only Exchange policy.

Returns and refunds are not allowed.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customer-Initiated Exchange (Size / Color Change)

Customers can request an exchange for size, color, or style change.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchange is subject to product availability.
Exchange Return Options
1. Company Reverse Pickup

Single quantity: ₹120
-
Double quantity: ₹200
2. Self Return (Customer Courier)

Customers may send the parcel back on their own.

After we receive and verify the product, the exchanged item will be dispatched.
If the exchange is due to a company mistake (wrong or damaged product), reverse pickup charges will be waived.
Important Notes

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we may offer store credit.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.
