Exchange Policy

At LinenWear, customer happiness matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a smooth Exchange process to help you shop with confidence.

Only Exchange – No Returns

  • We follow a strict Only Exchange policy.

  • Returns and refunds are not allowed.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customer-Initiated Exchange (Size / Color Change)

  • Customers can request an exchange for size, color, or style change.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

Exchange Return Options

1. Company Reverse Pickup

  • Single quantity: ₹120

  • Double quantity: ₹200

2. Self Return (Customer Courier)

  • Customers may send the parcel back on their own.

  • After we receive and verify the product, the exchanged item will be dispatched.

If the exchange is due to a company mistake (wrong or damaged product), reverse pickup charges will be waived.

Important Notes

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we may offer store credit.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Final sale products

  • Customized or altered items

  • Gift cards
